Where can I buy Kizo products?
Kizo products are only available online and can be purchased from www.kizoplay.com.
How do I place an order?
Navigate to the "The Play Kits". Click the 'add to cart button to add the Play Kits appropriate to your baby's age and proceed through checkout.
How do I check my order status?
After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Experience Team here. We can’t wait for you to enjoy your products from Kizo!

What ages are Kizo Play Kits designed for?
The Play Kits by Kizo are available for ages 0–1. The Play Kits start with Play Kit for weeks 0–12 and are delivered every 2 months all the way to play kit for months 11-12.
Are the playthings only used for the months indicated on the box?
Our playthings are designed for a specific developmental window but our toys grow with your baby teaching multiple skills at different stages.
