Our products are handcrafted by local artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different. The wood grain and knots you see on products are natural and a sign of the product's beautiful texture, not a blemish. Even the paintjob done is by hands and at times you might see some brush strokes, the beauty of the wooden toys is that they teach. 

The products are not copies of what is shown on the website – that is the charm of all products we sell! They teach the child about nature and its uniqueness. 

Refund Policy

  1. Kizo is not responsible for any damage after the products are delivered.
  2. In case of claims on missing items/incorrect product or damage. An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging on the day of the box delivered.
  3. In case of refund to be claimed kindly contact our customer care team on +91 6367244971 or write to us on with the required images and videos related to your claim with subject line “Refund Request”.
  4. In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
  5. Kindly contact the customer care team on +91 6367244971 If the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be granted post this period. The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
  6. Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner within 4-7 working days.
  7. A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details. If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Kizo. Kizo will provide all the details with relevant screenshots along with transaction id once the refund is initiated. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. An order can only be cancelled before their dispatch from the warehouses only. A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from the warehouses and an amount 200 will be deducted once the order is shipped and if it is returned back to the seller (prepaid orders).
  3. A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
