We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
- Orders may take 6-7 days from the day of shipping to deliver in metro cities. Non-metro cities may take up to 8-10 days in delivery.
- COD order will be shipped only after address confirmation over call.
- Delay may occur in case of some unforeseen situation in operations at delivery service.
- We work with logistics platforms which are aggregators so we may not be able to provide the delivery person’s contact number.
Some exceptions:
- In case you've ordered more than 5 pieces of the same product OR if the item ordered is marked under pre-order or in production, it may take longer to process your order.
- In case of combo boxes, you will receive multiple shipments.
- In case of preorders, the items will be shipped once the item is restocked, it will usually take 2-3 weeks from the purchase date.
- During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.
- For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.
In all of these cases, we will keep you informed via email or call.
